Based on the H game by Interheart.

A security guard at a department store ensnares shoplifters by blackmailing them with videos showing them stealing. The 1st episodes features a lesbian shoplifting couple, 2nd features a sister of a shoplifter and a housewife, while the 3rd focus on a woman with a rapist/stalker after her and a internal department officer looking for evidence of crimes being comitted at the store.
